Christmas at the Denmans - December 27, 2008
Alma waiting patiently  for her first Christmas in the new house (as far as we are concerned it's the 1st since we weren't invited to the first Christmas)

The food, Drinks (especially the traditional Cherry Manichevitz  wine) and games were good.

Attending was Alma, Jim, Gail, Margo, Uada, Hal, MaryLou, Kim, Denise & JoAnn

The driveway was a bit interesting with the ice but OK with 4-wheel drive

 

One small mishap - the picture below is what happens when two Denman siblings are in charge of baking a turkey breast. The fork thermometer used to be straight until one sibling said to leave it in for "a while" so it could come up to temperature and the other thought "a while" was 20 minutes

At least the batteries that burst dripped off the end that had sagged below the turkey instead of basting the turkey with battery acid.
